Cannondale Associates has worked with clients to restructure their organizations and sales forces, improve incentive programs for sales and marketing teams, and develop new distribution systems to get their products to the marketplace more efficiently.

We have worked with a number of organizations to improve sales force logistics and communications. Our contacts within the broker community have allowed us to set up broker sales forces when an inefficient direct sales force hindered our clients´ operations. Cannondale is also experienced in evaluating third-party solutions for sales and logistics problems, having helped numerous clients select software products or services from other companies.
