Cannondale Associates is a small company run on a fairly informal basis, with a flat organizational structure, allowing analysts to have significant interaction with all consultants. All new analysts will be assigned to work at our headquarter office in Wilton, CT. Although new analysts will spend the majority of their time working in Connecticut, they may also accompany senior analysts and consultants to attend client meetings in locations across the country.

Many new analysts choose to live in neighboring cities including Norwalk and Stamford which are both less than 20 minutes away from our office, and a quick 45 minute express train ride from New York City.
